These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Elegant Nails (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the elegantnailbend.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that schedules may change. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
- Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service amount.
- No-show appointments may be charged the full service amount.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used for unauthorized commercial activities or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
SITE MANAGEMENT
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:
- Monitor the Site for violations of these Terms and Conditions.
- Take appropriate legal action against users who violate the law or these Terms.
- Restrict or terminate access to the Site at our sole discretion without notice.
MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, interruption, or discontinuance of the Site or services.
